Sunya & Danya Return and Refund Policy

At Sunya & Danya, we know you will love our stuff, but we understand that sh$t happens. Therefore, we are delighted to offer free returns on domestic US orders. 

RETURNS

  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. 
  • Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and ALL tags attached.
  • Returns are refunded in the form of store credit only. However, we will refund to your method of payment under certain circumstances.
  • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned. These include sale items, jewelry, hats, cups and mugs, blankets, dinnerware, sunglasses, bags, tumblers, intimates, SD Picks and books. 
  • Shoes must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
  • All Crew Sweatshirts and Tees are created on a print-on-demand basis. This means that every item is printed specifically for each order. Returns are not accepted unless the item is misprinted, damaged, or defective. 
  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse service to customers that show excessive return activity.
  • Items returned with makeup, hairs, fibers, dirt, dust, deodorant, perfume or otherwise, do not meet the return policy mentioned above and will not be accepted. 
  • Returns after the 14-day period will be charged a fee, that will be deducted from your refund. Please contact love@sunyadanya.com with the subject "Return", and include your order number, reason for return and picture of the item(s) if applicable. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, with instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues 
Once items are shipped, they become the property of the purchaser. Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at love@sunyadanya.com with a photo of the item(s), along with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We will work to refund the item(s) in the form of store credit or ship a replacement.  

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of store credit within 5 business days. We will only refund the cost of your item; shipping costs will not be refunded. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at love@sunyadanya.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
