Shipping policy
Sunya & Danya ships within the US, to US territories, & Antigua & Barbuda. We will be adding more locations very soon! Due to the tariffs, orders to Canada have been placed on hold.
All orders are processed within 1-4 days after receiving your order confirmation email.
International orders take an extra 1-2 days for processing.
Business days refer to Monday to Friday, not including national holidays or weekends.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Local Delivery
- Local deliveries are processed within 1-4 days and delivered within 2 business days.
- Please have confirmation email available during delivery.
- Please add delivery instructions at checkout.
- Local delivery is available in New Rochelle daily at a rate of $5.00 USD.
- Local delivery is available in Antigua monthly, at a rate of $15.00 USD - Please email for next local delivery date.
Standard Shipping
- Standard shipping is calculated at checkout.
- The processing time is typically 1-4 days and arrive in 5-8 business days.
- Estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout.
Standard Shipping on orders of $150.00+
- We offer FREE standard shipping on US orders of $150+.
- Estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout.
Alaska & Hawaii
- Delivery to Alaska & Hawaii will take approximately 8-10 business days.
- Pricing and estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout.
- Orders are shipped via USPS - United States Postal Service.
US Territories
- US territories include American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands
- Orders shipped to US territories will be charged a flat rate of $13.
- Delivery to US territories will take approximately 8-10 business days.
- Orders are shipped via USPS - United States Postal Service.
Import Duties & Taxes - International Orders
- We do not control country-specific tariffs, duties and taxes; these will be your responsibility.
- Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not included in the product or shipping cost and may be collected upon delivery.
- By placing an order, you will be responsible for paying these additional costs.
- We are not responsible for international duties/taxes or tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery.
- If packages are declined, unclaimed or returned to us, you will receive store credit for your order value minus the following: original and return shipping charges, duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and returned shipment.
Damages and Issues
Once items are shipped, they become the property of the purchaser. Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged or incorrect. Email us at love@sunyadanya.com with a photo of the item(s), along with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We will work to find a solution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Sunya & Danya is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
- We recommend contacting the shipping carrier to file a missing package claim, as soon as your package shows as delivered and you are not able to locate it.
